The Real Wine Fair: London 17th-18th March 2013

Press release on the Real Wine Fair:

'THE REAL WINE FAIR 2013

Meet Dedicated Winegrowers in London and Taste “Real” Wine and Food

The second edition of The Real Wine Fair will take place on Sunday 17th (trade & consumer) & Monday 18th March (trade) at Tobacco Dock, Wapping, London, E1. The Fair will not only give wine lovers the opportunity to taste a large number of organically or biodynamically produced wines, but will also showcase a terrific array of artisan food products.

The Fair is a celebration of the dedicated winemakers who work organically, biodynamically and with minimal intervention in the vineyard and winery. Visitors will be able to meet and talk to over 100 growers as well as taste a diverse range of over 500 original terroir-driven wines.

In addition to the wines on show, the Real Wine Food Hall will host a variety of artisan food stalls, where handmade products and street food will be available to sample and buy.

During the day there will be a pop up wine bar where you can enjoy a glass of wine with street food purchased from the food stalls. In the evening, this bar will turn into a full restaurant, run by Ed Wilson, head chef of Terroirs.

All of the wines on show at the fair will be available to purchase from a specially created, on-site shop, run by Roberson Wine Merchant, and from their online shop throughout the entire month of March.

The Real Wine Fair is part of the Real Wine Month where around 200 restaurants and independent retailers throughout the United Kingdom will be featuring biodynamic and natural wines by the glass.

Tickets for the consumer day are now on sale for £15 (+ £1.55 booking fee) per ticket at www.therealwinefair.com or £20 on the door.'
