Vincent Cuisinier de Campagne, en Touraine opens today in Ingrandes

Vincent & Olivia Simon open their new restaurant La Galottière at Ingrandes en Touraine today.

The lunchtime menu is 16€, while in the evening the menus are at 23€ for the menu du marché or, for an additional course, 29€ – menu gourmand. Kids menu@10€. La carte des vins concentrates on the local wines. Producers the Simons like include Lamé Delisle Boucard, des Ouches, Nau Frères, Chevalière (famile Caslot), Xavier Courant, Pitault-Landry and de la Lande.

Arriver à Ingrandes de Touraine , il faut prendre la direction des Essards  ( ou du domaine des Ouches...), le restaurant se trouve à 500 m derrière l'église. Penser aux villageois et leurs enfants en respectant les limitations de vitesse, merci!
